Employment
Workforces and workplaces around the world are transforming.
We work with governments and businesses to capitalise on these changes and spur on innovation and create a more mobile, adaptable and healthier workforce.
We apply global trends and patterns to the local context – be it a precinct, a town, a city, a state or the nation. For a council, this could see us analysing what national trends mean for their local activity centres; for a developer, it might require us to analyse how economic land uses or local economies are transitioning to help understand the feasibility of their proposals.
We make the connections between productivity and social outcomes and analyse how to better distribute the productivity dividend. We look at different land uses and how agglomerations of economic uses influence freight movements, business connections and communities.
