Team conference: Learning about our past, thinking about our future

In October, SGS team members from across Australia gathered in Sydney for our annual company conference where we spent the day learning and reflecting on Sydney's history and being inspired to shape a better future.

Our annual company conferences provide the rare opportunity for our national team to connect, learn, innovate and collaborate in one location.

At this year’s conference, we gathered at the Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability in Waverton. Enjoying the balmy 24 degrees and amazing views of Sydney Harbour, we embarked on a range of activities - including a knowledge-based scavenger hunt, and a tour through the coal loader tunnel. We reflected on cultural influences, and the traditional owners of the land, and got creative thinking about the future of our cities and regions.
