Founded by Macquarie University in 2015, the Macquarie Park Innovation District is an industry-led collaboration working to create Australia’s premier innovation location. Now home to more than 180 large international and 200 small businesses, the District has become a globally recognised innovation ecosystem.
In 2018, we worked with Macquarie University to:
- review the precinct’s governance structure
- develop options and recommendations on future governance models
- develop a stakeholder map outlining key stakeholders and relevant influences, and
- propose future funding models – potential sources, feasibility and requirements.
