Thomas (or Tom) specialises in economic and social analysis. His technical skills include economic development strategies, spatial mapping of data, modelling of local economic conditions, climate change risk analysis, policy and literature reviews, cost-benefit analysis, economic impact evaluations, and business case development. He clearly articulates technical insights and generates workable solutions.

Thomas' experience includes working on projects involving climate change adaptation strategies, environmental economics, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and community-led, economic development.
