Tara is a social scientist and environmental practitioner specialising in stakeholder and community engagement, socio-economic research and social, arts and cultural infrastructure planning.

Tara has over 10 years’ experience advising all tiers of government and private sector clients. She is a highly skilled project manager with experience in managing both small and large complex projects with multiple sub consultants.

Tara is passionate about achieving better social and economic outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. She is also committed to facilitating the evolution of Australia’s unique arts and cultural landscape and addressing the climate emergency to achieve real change across all scales - locally, state, nationally and globally.

Outside work, Tara puts her vocal chords to good use singing (sometimes in her band, but mostly in the car). Before moving to Melbourne, Tara lived on Kaurna Country in the Adelaide Hills.
