Phoebe is an urban and regional planner with specialist expertise in statutory and strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

Phoebe's experience includes planning for sustainable communities, stakeholder and community engagement, regional land use planning, asset planning frameworks and significant landscape studies. She understands project design and review, policy writing (including zone and overlay schedules) and reform, at the state and local government levels.

Phoebe is currently a member of the Building Council for Open House Melbourne. She is a former Board Director for the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and Program Advisory Committee member for the Master of Urban Design and Planning, Monash University. Phoebe has been a mentor in the PIA program and regularly tutors at the University of Melbourne.

Phoebe believes we are all equal and deserve pleasant things - including places, spaces and connections. She wants to influence better planning practices and wants more people to have a say about the places in which they live.

When Phoebe's not working, she's usually riding her bike and exploring her neighbourhood.
