PhD Mathematics, Bachelor of Science (Honours)

Michael is a mathematician who has studied quantum field theory, machine learning, financial mathematics, topology (and most things in between), but his main mathematical interests are combinatorics, geometry, and complex systems.

Michael uses his passion for code to work on projects that involve microsimulation, statistical analysis, data management and application and web development. He helps clients understand complex information in a meaningful way.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science and a PhD in Mathematics. His project work spans identifying emerging economic vulnerabilities for state governments to developing bespoke data management systems for national city plans and pulling quantitative insights from Census data for regional councils.

Because Michael works on code all day, people often ask him if he dreams in code. He doesn't, but he does believe mathematics is a thing of beauty.

When not working, you can find Michael doing aerial arts or gardening - or working on more code.
