Fran is a planner that is driven by the prospect of reducing social inequality and tackling the projects that have a direct impact on reducing the effects of climate change.
With the community at the forefront, Fran has an interest in transport and mobility planning, housing strategies and how using stakeholder engagement can transform urban, regional and rural precincts into thriving places that are accessible and liveable for all.
Fran is a Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) Associate and a member of the Victoria Young Planners Committee. In 2019 she was the recipient of the SJB Phillip Borelli award for excellence in Planning Law and Statutory Planning at the University of Melbourne.
In her spare time Fran can be found baking in the kitchen or kicking the footy at her local park.
