Elizabeth is Chair of the SGS Board. She brings extensive expertise and experience to our team including 16 years with the Federal Government and more than a decade in the private sector.
Elizabeth is also Chair of the Customer Owned Banking Association and a non-Executive Director of Bingo Industries and ReadyTech Holdings. She is on the Boards of Health Infrastructure and the Western Sydney Local Health District and in 2018 was appointed to the Board of the NSW Institute of Sport.
Elizabeth chairs Audit and Risk Committees for the City of Sydney and RailCorp and is also the Chair of CREST ANZ, an organisation that registers ethical cybersecurity testing companies.
She is an Emeritus Deputy Chancellor of Macquarie University and has held previous NED roles on the Boards of Chandler Macleod Group, McGrath Estate Agents, RailCorp and the Macquarie University Hospital. In 2015 she was appointed as a Trustee of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, retiring in December 2018.
Elizabeth has notable experience in the public and private sectors including as Chief Executive of the Housing Industry Association. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and is completing a Masters of Cyber Security. In June 2019, Elizabeth was awarded an Order of Australia for services to higher education and the rail transport industry.
