Ben Taylor

A transport and urban planner, Ben wants to create great cities and places where people can freely move around the urban landscape.

Ben has worked on many city-shaping transport projects through Australia and has a keen interest in how infrastructure can shape the urban form and function of cities.

He has over a decade of experience in transport modelling, transport planning and data collection and analysis across the public and private sectors. His areas of speciality are urban policy and governance, transport planning and policy, public transport and infrastructure appraisal.

Before joining our team, Ben worked with Transurban helping to develop and deliver large city-shaping toll road projects. This experience gave him a thorough understanding of the complex issues related to the development of infrastructure projects.

Outside work, Ben enjoys exploring natural and urban landscapes around the world and teaching yoga.
