Andrea is an urban planning consultant with a passion for creative and cultural policy and its role in shaping sustainable and vibrant communities. At SGS, Andrea works with a diverse range of stakeholders, and leads consultation processes for a wide range of studies across housing, environment, arts and culture, and transport.

Andrea’s strong research and written skills have contributed to numerous business cases, feasibility studies and economic analyses for the built environment and cultural sectors. This includes a review of Victoria’s Contemporary Art and Design Offering, which was undertaken to better understand the state’s positioning compared to benchmark cities across the globe. Andrea is a key contributor to the biannually released Rental Affordability Index.

As part of her Masters program at RMIT, Andrea spent time in Barcelona on a scholarship supported place – attending the Smart City Expo World Congress 2016 and undertaking field work and research in the @22Barcelona Innovation Precinct.
