SGS collaborates with Melbourne Sustainable Society Institute on homelessness initiative

SGS is collaborating on a homelessness initiative being led by Melbourne Sustainable Society Institute (MSSI) at the University of Melbourne. Professor Brendan Gleeson of the Institute is chairing a steering committee of academics, developers, architects and homeless service providers to review the ‘urban levers’ which governments might rapidly apply to deal with the escalating homelessness issue in Melbourne.

The work of the committee is expected to produce an issues paper plus an economic case for urgent budget action by the Victorian Government and other spheres of governance.
