In an interview with The Brunei Times, SGS Economics and Planning said Brunei will need a major increase in commercial floor space and industrial areas by 2035 to accommodate approximately 108,000 workers in the private sector. This was a key findings featured in SGS's Phase 1 report to the Centre for Strategic and Policy Studies.
